“The aim on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a large amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no completely functional office committed to service the area regularly. The services level developed for intervention encounters a large influx of possible beneficiaries, which makes it tough to the office to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this more info reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise a lot more info more assets to permit the servicing of all consumers and boost usage of Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
